In collaboration with Warm Welcome Design, this project reimagined a dated, underperforming laundry room into a thoughtfully designed space tailored to our client’s everyday needs.

Working within the existing footprint, we preserved the original tiled flooring and trim to maintain continuity with the rest of the home. A standard coat closet was removed and replaced with custom built-ins, including a discreetly integrated litter box, allowing the space to feel considered, functional and uncluttered.

A custom sink and upper cabinetry introduced essential storage, while quartz countertops added a refined, cohesive finish. This project is a reflection of what’s possible when design is intentional. Even smaller spaces, when approached with clarity and purpose, can be completely transformed.
