Jasmin guided her client through the purchase of this condo, which was entirely original at the time. From there, the vision came together through thoughtful design and a full interior refresh. New engineered hardwood, a reimagined kitchen anchored by a custom quartz waterfall island, fresh paint and carefully selected furnishings transformed the space.

While the layout remained the same, every finish and detail was elevated, taking the home from standard to refined and design-forward. The result was a beautifully curated space that ultimately that caught the attention of, and was featured by, West Elm.
