Project Ingledale

Project Ingledale is a reflection of what’s possible when the right home is paired with a clear vision from the very beginning. Jasmin first worked with the clients to find a property with amazing hidden potential; potential that's often overlooked due to the current state of the home. From there, she led the design of the main living spaces, reimagining how the home could feel and function day to day, while Josh and the Birch Point Homes team brought that vision to life.
The main floor was opened up entirely, anchored by a structural beam that allowed the kitchen, living, and dining areas to flow together seamlessly. This created a space that feels calm, connected, and adaptable to daily life, especially for a young family. Through collaboration with Steph Tristani Interiors, the under-utilized side entry to the home was thoughtfully reworked to make room for a spacious, spa-like wet room, with a barrier-free shower and freestanding tub. Throughout the rest of the home, every detail, from the kitchen layout to the stairs, doors, and trim — was carefully considered to create a cohesive, understated finish.
What makes this project feel particularly complete is the continuity behind it — from the initial purchase, to the design direction, to the final build. Each step informed the next, resulting in a home that feels not only well executed, but genuinely aligned with the client's lifestyle.
